Monster High is about Ghouls at school. It follows the life of Frankie Stein and her friends; Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, Lagoona Blue, Cleo de Nile, Ghoulia Yelps, and Deuce Gorgon, and how they manage in high school. There are many other characters which appear throughtout the series, such as Toralei Stripe, an antagonistic, evil were-cat whose primary objective is to make everyone miserable. Teh characters are depicted as being either related to or as offspring of famous monsters such as Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, the Mummy, Medusa, the Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Phantom of the Opera, and Zombies.
