True bugs found near mt st Helens, WA. Adult and juvenile forms. About 1/2 - 3/4 long. They seem to be (at least partly) nectar drinkers as I found a few on flowers, most were found running through the the sand and rocks on a lake beach. : r/whatsthisbug
