A weekly series with equal emphasis on: RELAXATION - releasing stress and tension. REJUVENATION - active, yet low-impact, energizing postures. PRACTICING CALM - self-soothing, embodied breathwork, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats provided. When: Every Thursday from September 14th to November 30th starting at 12:00 pm Where: 3600 McTavish (Brown Building), 3rd Floor, Room 3001 Students can register for one, or all sessions.
