Club Pilates provides small group and private training classes for reformer Pilates (equipment based pilates). They are a contemporary Pilates studio that uses Balanced Body equipment. Each workstation is equipped with a Reformer, XOChair and Springwall. In addition we integrate TRX, Bosu, and more into our reformer Pilates classes.All our Instructors are comprehensively trained and certified. Club Pilates has a wide array of classes available, designed to challenge students at every level and target exactly what you want to work on most. Please note our class levels - Level 1 classes are for people new to the reformer. It is recommended to take a minimum of 10 Level 1 classes if new to Pilates before advancing to Level 1.5.
