High rise with a structured waistband. These are comfortable, awesome trousers. I am including the belt (not original to the pants) because it's a nice fit and look for these pants. Waistband measures 33", hip 43", rise 12.5", inseam 27". Excellent condition. Marked a size 16 but I think they fit more like a modern 12 myself, as that's what I usually wear and I found them to be just the right size.
