Do you guys remember Nicole from The Biggest Loser last season? Truth be told, I haven't watched many episodes of the show, but I did catch a few and something Nicole said has stuck with me ever since I heard it. She said she always felt she was "a skinny girl trapped inside a fat girl's body." It may sound silly, but I've often felt the same way-like there's a vibrant, confident, ridiculously outgoing person inside of me. While I'd like to think the world has caught glimpses of that, what it often sees is a guarded woman hiding under black clothes and a self-protective wall. I'd really love to set my inner skinny girl free! Can any of you relate to that feeling of knowing your outside appearance doesn't fully match who you are on the inside?
