How long can I wear my Neoprene Waist Trimmer?
The GoFit Neoprene Waist Trimmer should be worn during exercise routines to elevate the body's temperature which should assist in water and fat loss. Typically this length of time would range from 30 minutes to an hour daily.

The Neoprene Waist Trimmer and the Neoprene Shorts were not designed to be weight loss tools by themselves and should not be worn for extended periods of time as it can cause a heat rash or skin irritation if abused.

Maintenance & Care
The Waist trimmer can be hand washed with mild soap and water and then air dried.

How Often should I Check my Exercise Equipment?
GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each and every use to assure there are no nicks, tears, holes or other damage to the item. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury.
