Enjoy making this fun miniature Tresure Chest which can work great as a storage box with real working hinges and a latch. There are plenty of other great uses, just use your imagination and have fun! Want to really spice it up? Use some acrylic for the tree pattern on the ends of the box for a unique stand-out look! This digital download includes 2 files: 1) Wood cut sheet is for 1/8" (3mm) Baltic birch plywood or any other 3mm wood (requires approx. 6 Glowforge size sheets of 12"x20"). 2) Fully illustrated step-by-step instructions. Finished dimension are approximately 8.25” deep by 7.25” tall by 14.5” wide. This was designed to be made from 3mm (1/8th inch) Baltic Birch plywood. You can probably use other materials, but you may need to make alterations to the files accordingly. License You MAY sell assembled physical products created from these files. You MAY NOT sell "kits" for customer assembly. YOU MAY NOT SELL OR DISTRIBUTE THE DIGITAL FILES IN ANY WAY. *****PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING***** Every effort is made during the design process of our products to ensure the best possible fitment of parts and ease of assembly, however, due to the differences from one laser cutter to another there can be no guarantees of perfect fitment of laser cut parts. The design that you are purchasing was designed and tested to work with the following materials and equipment: Material used: 3mm Baltic Birch Plywood (commonly referred to as ⅛”) Laser Machine: Glowforge or similar CO2 laser Even if you use the same material and machine as detailed above there is still the chance that there are slight variances that could cause minor issues. These can be resolved in several ways: Loose fitting joints - Glue the joints together or adjust the file with a vector graphics editor (Inkscape, Illustrator, Silhouette, etc.) to refine the fitment. Tight fitting joints - File or sand the parts as needed to achieve a proper fitment. You can also make adjustments to the files as needed (see loose fitting joints above).
