Harold Joseph "Happy" Hogan is the Head of Security of Stark Industries, and one of Tony Stark's closest friends. A former boxer, he was employed by Stark as a personal chauffeur and bodyguard and assisted him in taking down Ivan Vanko. Hogan was almost killed during Aldrich Killian's war, which motivated Stark to seek out the Mandarin, who he believed was behind Hogan's injuries. After his recovery, Hogan continued to serve as Stark's friend and employee. Hogan oversaw Stark's mentorship over P
