Spring is a beautiful time of year when nature reawakens, a time when dormant buds burst into bloom and animals come out of hibernation.
Spring symbolizes rejuvenation, hope, and a fresh start. There's an energy in the air to put winter behind us and embrace new opportunities.
Whether it's planting seeds in a garden or starting a new routine, spring invites us to break free from stagnation and embrace change.
Just as the blossoms and animals emerge from their slumber, so can you. A perfect time of year to breath new life into your dreams and possibilities.
I can't wait for this special series as we move from the cold winter months into the vibrancy of spring!
Start date: Monday, March 25th, 2024 (no class on Monday, April 1st, 2024)

Join me for a 6 week yoga class series taking place on Wednesday evenings at 7pm at Broad Cove Hall.
In this series, we'll explore the amazing benefits of restorative yoga, holding the poses for a bit longer than we would in a conventional yoga class.
Using the support of props such as blocks and folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and gain deeper mental clarity.
Carve out time in your week to slow down, turn inward, and rebalance your nervous system.
This series is suitable for all-levels.
Start date: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024
Day/Time: Wednesdays at 7pm
Length: 60 mins
What to bring: yoga mat, props (bolster, pillow, blanket, etc), water/tea, warm clothes as we'll be moving much less than a vinyasa flow class

This class is suitable for both beginner and advanced levels of fitness as there are a variety of modifications available. With my guidance and support, you'll be sure to feel confident, yet challenged, working at a level that's suited to you.
