Victorian Lace Up Leather Boots (SP1910) – Darcy Clothing

Black Victorian lace up leather boots. Available in sizes UK 3 - UK 9.

We are delighted to be able to stock Victorian style ladies boots. These are a staple requirement for any late C19th to early C20th productions and always difficult to find without zips or other modern embellishments.

We decided to go for lace up rather than hooks even though they take longer to put on. The reason for this is that there have been too many predictable stage disasters involving laces tangling with the hooks of the opposing foot. There is also a small loop on the tongue for the lace to thread through. This prevents the tongue from slipping sideways.

The 2in high heel has been specially carved to a proper period shape usually known as a Louis heel. Made in fine black leather.

These boots are made on a modern last and have memory foam insoles so are fantastically comfortable.The soles are non slip. All leather uppers.

Available in European sizes 36 - 42.
