An alternative to disposable sanitary wear the Period Proof knickers from Love Luna can be worn when it's that time of the month, and then washed and used again and again.

Made from microfibres and in a midi brief shape, they have a padded gusset from front to back. This gusset has a soft cotton lining, an absorbent yet breathable layer, and a waterproof layer that helps prevent leakage.

They hold up to 15ml, which is equivalent to 2-3 regular tampons.
