British Enfield No. 4 MK I "Long Branch", .303 cal. bolt action military rifle. Serial #14L3735, mfg. 1942 in England. Excellent condition. Standard infantry issue for the British Empire during World War II. 25" barrel has an excellent shiny bore. Black finish is 98%+ and wonderful. Vivid markings. MK3 15-click rear ladder sight. Eared front blade sight. Reddish stained stock has just a few hits. Blued steel buttplate with trap. Dated "1942" on left side of receiver with "Long Branch". One box magazine. Sling swivels. Looks arsenal fresh! Lots of WWII military history here! C&R OK. Gunrunner West item.
