Onix is a rock-type pokémon in Pokémon. It was a pokémon that Brock owned until it evolved into a Steelix. Onix has the ability to go manipulate the earth. It can travel underneathe the earth which gives it the advantage in the terrain that it fights in. With this advantage, Onix also has more of a range to fight its enemies. With its long shape and body, it can easily tunnel underground to attack its enemies or avoid an attack altogether.
