The Colorado Threads Story Colorado Threads started as an epiphany. Today it exists as a yoga, activewear brand that strives to keep plastic out of landfills and oceans while improving the earth. They are one of our favorite brands made from Recycled Waterbottles. Colorado Threads symbolizes a new way of doing things. Local production, the most sustainable materials, and a design process centered around durability. Our values are simple. Always give back more than what you take. Why We Love Colorado Threads The fabric that Colorado Threads makes their yoga pants and crop tops from is unbelievable! Its lightweight, dries quickly yet still very supportive. Its made from recycled water bottles which is a wonderful cause for the plant by reusing plastic that would otherwise end up in landfills. Their flat lock stitching is comfortable on the skin and easy to move in for yoga, Pilates, hiking or running errands. The fabric is made from a swimsuit-type material that dries quickly so their clothing can also be worn for SUP and they are one of our most popular brands for hot yoga. Most of their leggings have a crop top sports bra to match (either a crop top or longline bra). Last but not least we love their prints derived and inspired where they are made- Colorado Rocky Mountains! Very unique and one of our favorite brands to wear for any high-impact workout. Most Popular Colorado Threads Yoga Clothes The most popular (and signature) pieces from Colorado Threads are their prints inspired by the outdoors. Their Mountain Vista yoga pants are a beautiful picture of a forest scene with a tree going down the back leg and an off-white background that matches with everything. Another popular print is their Summit Yoga Pants - that come in 4 different shades such as burgundy, grey, teal and purple. They feature an abstract mountain scape at the calf area. All inspire us to get out and enjoy the outdoors! Colorado Threads Yoga Pants & Leggings Colorado Threads yoga pants and leggings also have a very flattering stitching on the tush cuts off in the middle of the tush and gives you that lifted effect. Plus all the flat lock stitching contains stretch so you have a freedom of movement throughout any activity. Their yoga pants and leggings all have a gusset lining so you can get into any warrior pose with full extension. They are also one of our favorite brands made in the usa - as they are inspired, designed and manufactured in Colorado. Colorado Threads is designed for high impact workouts so they are perfect for any level of yoga, hiking, HIIT, Pilates and more. Colorado Threads Sizing Colorado Threads runs true to size, but the feedback we have received from customers is that they are “slightly” small - so if you are in between sizes we recommend sizing one size up. Inseam- The inseam on all the leggings is a 28” inseam for a size small - and then add .5” for each size up or down. This will hit an average height of 5’5” at around ankle length. Waistband- The waistband on all the yoga pants and leggings is a comfortable 3” wide (without elasticity) so the waistband is a mid-rise and will not create that dreaded “muffin top” we all despise! New news in 2022 is that Colorado Threads is now offered in 1X-3XL sizing!
