This is an additional bottom block to compliment those included in the "Sew Your Own Activewear" / "Näh dir deine Sportswear" books. This Compression fitting bottom block has significantly less negative ease than either the Close fitting bottom block or Loose fitting bottom block included in the books (ie: it is smaller). Please see the photos for a measurement chart. This block can be used as a starting point for any of the bottoms designs in the book, but is particularly well suited for the Active Leggings, Cycling Shorts, and Yoga Bottoms. Instructions can be found on page 88 of the book and therefore instructions are not included here. As with the other blocks in the book, seam allowances are not included in order to make fitting alterations and design changes less complicated. Please see page 19 for more details.
