As long as you have compressed air available this is an explosion proof way to transfer almost any liquid. An air operated double diaphragm pump is a pneumatic pump that uses a patented air valve that directs compressed air between two sides of the pump, back and forth. You can run this pump anywhere from a few psi of air pressure all the way up to 125 psi of pressure depending on flow rate and discharge pressure required. You can use this type of pump if you have solids, a thicker liquid, self-priming requirements, dry running potential, explosion proof specs, variable flow rates, shear sensitive liquids, something submerged, portability required, or the application calls for dead heading.
