Tech-savvy Marine in Japan decorated for stopgap fix for satellite

When a faulty cable shut down a mobile communications satellite on wheels and the replacement part was on back order, Sgt. Malik Pugh went to work creating a 3D-printed substitute to get the satellite back on line.
