Victoria Beckham Fall Outfit Idea: White Button-Down, Sweater Vest, Trousers

As I child of the early '90s I went through a pretty serious sweater-vest phase. Once I graduated from middle school, though, I put those puppies away and never looked back—until now. Victoria Beckham was spotted in New York City wearing a white button-down, patterned sweater vest, and ankle cropped trousers, making me rethink the layered style. Sure, the shirt and vest pairing comes straight off the Louis Vuitton fall 2014 runway, but does that make it cool? On the one hand, I'm totally impressed by her ability to put these pieces together and manage to look perfectly chic (AND give us a fall outfit idea!), but on the other hand, I'm not sure I could rock it. I do, however, love those sleek black pumps and her oversize portfolio clutch. What do you gals think? Did Posh make the sweater vest cool again? Or is is too Chandler Bing?
