This cheeky saying is popular in Liverpool - it’s implication refers to someone who perhaps is a bit of a show off but underneath has no substance - all tongue in cheek of course! Printed in black ink on ivory (pale cream) recycled card 285gsm. Print size is A4 210mm x 297mm. This piece is unframed.
