William R. "Doc" Miller, of Moscow, passed away on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at the age of 90. He was the husband of Joan Miller (nee Kaes). Father of Bridgett M. Miller, Sherri Lynn Wyenandt, and Jeffrey David (Lisa) Miller. Step-father of Jennifer Ernst, Angela Ernst (Andrew) Walker, and Nicholas Ernst. Grandfather of Tiffany (David) Gemmell, Heidi (Billy) Suiter, and Christina (Eric) Wyenandt. Great-grandfather of nine. William served in the Navy and belonged to the New Richmond American Legion Post 0550. He belonged to the Buckeye lodge #150 F & A. M., Syrian Shrine #5222, and the Order of the Eastern Star #483. Aside from his time in the Navy, he also served his community on the New Richmond School Board of Education and working for the Clermont County Health Department.Visitation will be held at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home (Amelia) on Sunday January 26, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Services will be held on Monday January 27, 2020 at 10:00 AM, also at the funeral home.
