This week, songstress, Meghan Trainor was revealed as the new face of FullBeauty, an online shop dedicated to women above a size 12. And after Glamour's interview with the singer, it seems after all that it's still all about that bass! (Sorry, we had to!) Trainor's partnership with the brand is a pretty plum gig: In addition to appearing in the fall 2015 Own Your Curves advertisements, she landed on the cover of their magazine alongside the headline "The New Millennial Empowerment," and will be judging a Fashion Institute of Technology plus-size design challenge. (Sidebar: Can we take a second to acknowledge how awesome it is that FIT is teaching and encouraging plus-size design? ) If FullBeauty doesn't sound familiar, it's because it was formerly OneStopPlus, which rebranded in January and has since been undergoing a series of progressive changes (e.g., Trainor!). In addition to casting the non-plus-size pop star as its poster girl, note that the word "plus" also disappeared from the company's moniker. Clearly, it's making a serious effort to advance the market, and we salute that. Glamour: What does owning your curves mean to you on a personal level? And what do you hope it communicates to
